Valley Chicken Wing Franchise Takes Flight with Expansion Article originally posted on Phoenix Business Journal on November 25, 2020 The owners of a Long Wong’s franchise in the Valley are expanding, having signed two new leases within one month. Long Wong’s is a long-running well-known chicken wing restaurant with a handful of locations across the Phoenix area. Most are owned by different franchisees. Brothers Victor and Edgar Martinez already own three Long Wong’s locations in Chandler, Phoenix and Scottsdale and in the past two weeks they signed two leases to open restaurants in Mesa and south of the Valley in Casa Grande. The Martinez brothers worked with Lacey Eyman of The Moser Group USA on securing both of their new spaces. The Mesa location of Long Wong’s will be in a 1,200-square-foot space in the Country North Plaza Shopping Center near the intersection of Country Club Drive and Brown Road. Long Wong’s also is moving into a 1,562-square-foot space on busy intersection in Casa Grande, at 973 East Cottonwood Lane.
