The Moser Group USA Expands Healthcare Division With Industry Experts Marina Hammersmith, Tyrel Williams Forming M|T Healthcare Partners

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ.  – The Moser Group USA is pleased to announce it has expanded its healthcare division with the formation of M|T Healthcare Partners, founded by Marina Hammersmith, CCIM and Tyrel Williams, CPM®.

M|T Healthcare Partners is a full-service healthcare real estate practice specializing in tenant/buyer representation, medical practice expansion strategy, landlord leasing/sales representation, and property repositioning for medical use.

The partnership was formed out of an alignment of purpose. Hammersmith and Williams say they founded M|T Healthcare Partners on a common foundation of care. Upon that foundation they are building their practice with pillars of relationships, specialized expertise, and responsiveness. The breadth of their experience brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective to every client.

Hammersmith possesses more than 25 years of experience in healthcare real estate. She has represented more than 2 MSF in healthcare real estate throughout her career and has worked with such clients as Lillibridge Health Services, NexCore Group, LaSalle Investments and HonorHealth. Prior to their merger with John C. Lincoln, Hammersmith was Scottsdale Healthcare’s exclusive broker for all their on-campus medical office buildings for over five years.

Williams joined MOSER GROUP earlier this year. He brings more than 15 years of real estate knowledge and experience to the team, with a broad background and education in Investment property and asset management, including leasing, construction and risk management. Williams began his career on the Baylor Healthcare account with CBRE in Dallas, Texas, where he gained experience in every aspect of healthcare real estate.
